Setting a new benchmark in love, a Swedish woman has flied to India to marry her longtime boyfriend from Uttar Pradesh.
Christen Liebert has married Pawan Kumar from Etah whom she met on social networking site Facebook in 2012, according to news agency ANI.
Videos of the marriage shows the two getting married as per Indian rituals with Christen dressed as a traditional Indian bride.
Meanwhile, groom's family also approved the marriage. Speaking to NDTV, Pawan's father Geetam Singh said family's happiness lies in the happiness of their children.
Pawan has studied B. Tech from Dehradun and works in the capacity of an engineer at a firm.
