In a video going viral on social media, Yoga teacher and businessman Ramdev was seen losing his cool at a reporter. In the unverified video, Ramdev was commenting on rising fuel prices, when a journalist reminded him about his old remarks.
The incident reportedly occurred at an event in Haryana's Karnal. Ramdev first said that people must work harder, and that the government needs to collect tax to fund the army, and provide amenities.
When a reporter said that Ramdev had once campaigned for a government which will ensure petrol at Rs 40 per litre and LPG cylinders at Rs 300, the promoter of the Patanjali group grew irritated. At one point, Ramdev said, "I said it then, and I won't say it now. What will you do? Keep quiet now. If you ask that again, it won't be good."
