A Pune man quit his job after three years of 'toxic culture' and no increment in the salary, but in style. Aniket bid his farewell with dhol and dancing outside his office to annoy his boss.

A video shared by content creator Anish Bhagat shows Aniket complaining that, in the last three years of service in the company, his salary had barely increased. And on top of that, his boss was “very toxic”.

To celebrate Aniket quitting his job, Bhagat and his friends reached outside his office with dhol. In the video, the group was seen dancing in front of Aniket’s boss.

“I think a lot of you are going to relate to this. Toxic work culture is so prominent these days. Lack of respect and entitlement is quite common,” Bhagat wrote while sharing the video on Instagram.
