The 41 workers trapped in Uttarkashi's Silkyara tunnel will be brought out on stretchers with wheels.
Before the final execution, NDRF conducted a mock drill of the same. NDRF personnel demonstrated the movement of the wheeled stretchers through the pipeline, a video of which has been released.
The rescue operation that has been going on for the last 13 days in expected to conclude today.
A makeshift hospital, ambulances and a team of doctors are ready for the workers.
