A tiger entered the Atkona village in Kalinagar from the Pilibhit district on Monday night. As the tiger entered the village, it sat on a wall and refused to move from there. Later, the forest officers tranquilised the tiger and rescued it.

Videos of the tiger also went viral in which the majestic animal was seen sleeping on the wall and the area around the animal was barricaded using ents so that no one could come to the animal.

The villagers reported that the tiger had been sleeping on the wall since last night he didn't move from the place even after it woke up. In the dark, light was also flashed at it but that didn't make the tiger move from the wall.

As per reports, no one was attacked by the animal. But, the villagers are angry with the forest department and they alleged that it is due to their negligence that the tiger could get into the village.
