An under-construction bridge over river Ganga collapsed in Bihar's Bhagalpur on Sunday. No deaths have been reported so far. According to reports, at least a 3 feet portion of the bridge collapsed.
Reportedly, a portion of the same bridge collapsed in 2022 as well. The structure connecting Sultanganj and Khagaria districts of Bihar was being constructed at a cost of Rs 1,717 crore
