After his debut feature ‘Titli’ premiered at Cannes in 2014, director Kanu Behl who steers complex and unusual subjects in his films returned to the festival with his latest work this week. Behl’s film Agra was the only Indian feature selected in the Directors’ Fortnight and received a 5-minute standing ovation at its premiere at Cannes. Just like Behl’s debut, which explored a dysfunctional family, ‘Agra’ set in a small town in Uttar Pradesh also explores complex family dynamics through the lens of a sexually repressed young man
