Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu said that he will remain within the NDA bloc. Briefing reporters after the June 4 Lok Sabha result, Naidu said that he has no plans to defect to the opposition INDIA bloc.
Out of 292 Lok Sabha seats won by the NDA group, BJP has secured 240 seats, which is 32 short of a majority. Whereas, the TDP has 16 seats, holding the key for Narendra Modi to form the government for the third time.
