An 'India Immersion' online course being offered by the Indian government through IIM Kozhikode is being attended by officials of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan, according to a report in The Indian Express.

The course has been designed by the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation, a division of the Ministry of External Affairs. Officials from Thailand and Malaysia are also expected to attend the program.

India has reopened its embassy in Kabul, but has not recognised the Taliban government yet.
