Mendhar/Jammu – Security forces have initiated a comprehensive search operation in nearly a dozen locations in the border district of Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, as reported on Tuesday.
The operation, commencing at around 6 am, was collaboratively undertaken by the Special Operations Group of the local police, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and the Rashtriya Rifles.
This effort is a response to intelligence regarding suspicious activities in the area.
The ongoing operation spans multiple regions, including Sari, Ustan, Pathankhor, Lohar Mohalla, Chandimarh, Phagal, Hari Top, and Kaagwali in Surankote, and extends to Limba, Ucchad, and Kallar-Gursai in Mendhar.
The authorities remain vigilant in addressing and neutralizing any potential threats to ensure the safety and security of the region.
