Pakistani woman Javeria Khanum and her Indian fiance Sameer Khan are on cloud nine with just a month to go before their wedding.

The bride-to-be fought against the odds to secure a visa and cross the Wagah-Attari border to get to her lover, who is a resident of Kolkata.

Describing their relationship, Sameer said he had seen a picture of Javeria on his mother’s phone. He told his mother that he would marry her.

After knowing each other for six years, they are finally getting married.

Javeria said her friends from Germany, Africa, Spain, the USA and other countries are likely to attend her wedding.
