Row over Pulwama martyrs' wives demands in Rajasthan got bigger after BJP's stir turned violent in Jaipur on Saturday. The protest took a violent turn when party supporters started heading towards chief minister Ashok Gehlot’s residence, according to reports.

The clash between the cops and BJP workers was also reported during which the saffron party workers pelted stones. The cops resorted to lathi-charge, leading to a massive showdown on way to CM’s residence.

Speaking to ANI, Satish Poonia, Rajasthan BJP chief said,  "Our leaders & wives of Pulwama martyrs were insulted, we’re staging a protest against this. There will be a ‘Jana Aakrosh’ campaign in Rajasthan in upcoming days where we will raise issues like weaving off farmers' loans, corruption".

Several BJP workers were detained, and cops stuffed the police van with protesters within minutes.
