The fuel supply in Jalandhar district resumes as oil tanker operators end their strike following assurances from local authorities, The Tribune reported.

The significant development comes after deputy commissioner Vishesh Sarangal, SSP Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar, and other officials held talks with the operators, promising swift action on their demands.

Motorists, earlier worried about fuel shortages, saw relief as stations across the region began normal operations. The administration's intervention helped avert a prolonged disruption of essential services.
