Independent candidate Naresh Meena is trailing behind, while BJP candidate Morpal Saman holds the third position. Officials have confirmed that the counting process is organized over 20 rounds. Initially, the postal ballots are being counted, followed by the ballots from the electronic voting machines. The final result is slated to be announced by Friday afternoon.
