Former Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray, his son Aditya and senior Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut have been summoned by Delhi High Court on April 17 in a defamation case filed by a leader from Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena.
