Aam Aadmi Party senior leader and parliamentarian Sanjay Singh was arrested by the ED under money laundering charges in an alleged Delhi excise policy scam case.
The AAP leader will be produced before a court in Delhi on October 5.
While the Opposition has slammed ED action against Sanjay Singh, the Aam Aadmi Party has pledged to hit the streets against Singh's arrest.
Delhi CM and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal visited Sanjay Singh's residence on October 4 following his arrest asserted that the party will move to court, adding that Singh's arrest is BJP's desperate measure.
