As politics gather pace ahead of polls in Karnataka, several Congress leaders and workers on Monday gathered outside party office in Bengaluru and protested demanding tickets.

The protest comes a day before Congress party's scheduled Central Election Committee (CEC) meeting on Tuesday. The party is likely to announce second list for elections.

Speaking with ANI, Saleem Ahmed, Working President of Karnataka Congress said, "There is a lot of demand for our tickets. Tomorrow is the CEC meeting and in the meeting, we will discuss and finalise it. We are getting a survey report and whosoever is the best will get the ticket".
