A day after Bihar MLAs almost came to blows inside the Assembly, a fresh scuffle took place outside the House on 15 March 2023.
RJD MLAs were distributing sweets after party chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, and Misa Bharti were granted bail in an alleged land-for-jobs scam.
RJD MLAs reportedly offered sweets to BJP lawmakers, which led to the altercation. Videos of the incident showed a tray of sweets being hurled into the air, sending the confectionary flying.
Leader of Opposition Vijay Kumar Sinha claimed that RJD MLAs were throwing objects at BJP leaders under the pretext of offering sweets.
