Invitations have been dispatched to officials starting from the rank of deputy secretary and under-secretary, as well as their equivalents, in addition to staff members from various state government departments and PSUs, along with central government agencies stationed in Gangtok. This was stated in a notification from the Home Department issued on Tuesday evening.

The notification requests attendees to come in their traditional attire and be seated at the stadium’s western gallery by 8:30 am on May 29.
