Days after a clash between supporters of Khalistani sympathiser Amritpal Singh and Punjab Police, intelligence agencies have warned of a conspiracy against the chief of the Waris Punjab De outfit.

Intel agencies warned Punjab Police that an attack is being planned on Amritpal Singh to disturb the law and order situation, according to an India Today report.

Intel officials also reportedly told police to track funds received by district presidents of Waris Punjab De. Security agencies suspect that Amritpal is being supported by Pakistan's spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), the report said.
