Passenger train catches fire in Bihar, no casualties reported

A fire broke out in a passenger train in Bhojpur district of Bihar late Wednesday night.

One coach of the Mumbai LTT Special Fare SF Holi Special caught fire near Karisath station, a short distance from Arrah Junction. The Chief Public Relation Officer of the East Central Railways said no casualties or injuries have been reported so far.  

Danapur DRM Jayant Chaudhary said, "A coach caught fire yesterday. The coach was isolated immediately. The fire was later controlled. There were no casualties because the coach which caught fire did not have any reservations. Around 4-5 trains may have been diverted."
