As India strongly condemned Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto for his "uncivilised outburst" against Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the United Nations, Pakistan Peoples Party leader Shazia Marri has allegedly threatened a nuclear war with India, news agency ANI reported.

As per the ANI report, Marri’s comments came during a press briefing with Pakistan media outlet Bol News.

Talking to reporters at the presser she said "India should not forget that Pakistan has an atom bomb. Our nuclear status is not meant to remain silent. We will not back down if the need arises," ANI reported.

War of words erupted between India and Pakistan on Friday at the UN with Jaishankar calling Pakistan as ‘epicentre of terrorism’ and Bilwala Bhutto countering him with personal attack on PM Modi.
