In a viral video from Tamil Nadu, a man can be seen abusing and assaulting migrant workers in a moving train, as per an NDTV report.
The purported video shows the man in a brown shirt thrashing at least three migrant workers allegedly for speaking in Hindi.
One person in the video prompted 'Hindi Hindi' which led to the man in a brown shirt slapping the migrants and pulling their hair, despite calls to stop.
He reportedly asked these travellers if they were 'Tamil or Hindi,' and then goes on to thrash them.
A case has been registered against the concerned accused who is currently missing.
"Government Railway Police Tamil Nadu has registered an FIR against the accused persons under relevant provisions of law. Perpetrators of the crime will be brought to book," Railway Police stated.
