Super heroes are hailed not just because they save lives, they are hailed because they do so selflessly.
But this video is not about a mythical superhero, it is about an everyday superhero policeman who was just doing his job. The cop saved the life of a child from incoming traffic on a busy street.
A CCTV footage of the incident shows the policeman on the street with moving traffic. A short while later an e-rickshaw takes a sharp turn onto the main street and a child falls off the moving vehicle. The cop springs into action and stops a bus which is speeding towards the child. The policeman then picks up the kid and hands it back to its guardian.
The internet has lauded the quick thinking cop and also appreciated the bus driver for reaching promptly to the situation.
