Odisha train accident: 'death by negligence' charges filed in FIR

The Odisha Rail Police has filed 'causing death by negligence' and 'causing grievous injury' charges in the Balasore train accident case, according to a report by NDTV. 

The FIR states that the 'culpability of specific railway employees has not been ascertained.'

At least 275 people have been killed and over 1,000 injured after three trains were involved in a collision on June 2.
