Bhubaneswar, Sep 5 (PTI): On Friday, eminent personalities across Odisha, including Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik, paid homage to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary. This day is celebrated nationwide as Teachers' Day. Governor Kambhampati expressed his reverence on platform X, acknowledging Radhakrishnan's immense contributions as a philosopher, teacher, and statesman. “His life and ideals continue to guide us as we celebrate #TeachersDay," he noted.

Chief Minister Majhi extended his greetings to the teaching community, emphasizing the pivotal role teachers play in shaping the future of students. “Providing quality education to students and developing their innate talents is a responsibility that lies on teachers.
