Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh), Jul 2 (PTI) - Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is set to partake in a public gathering and oversee the distribution of welfare schemes in Chittoor district on Wednesday. According to the schedule shared by the government, the public meeting will be convened near the Andhra Pradesh Model School at Tumsi in Shantipuram mandal of Chittoor district. The Chief Minister will subsequently oversee the signing of agreements with four companies concerning industrial investments amounting to Rs 1,617 crore, with a prime focus on the development of Kuppam and skill training initiatives. An official release highlighted these details. Additionally, Naidu will lay foundation stones and inaugurate various development projects in Kuppam. He will engage in a door-to-door campaign at Thimmarajupalle village and plan an overnight halt at Kadapalle village in Santhipuram mandal. On Thursday, at approximately 10.35 am, the CM will inaugurate the TATA DINC Centre at Kuppam Area Hospital, followed by other engagements. Naidu is also scheduled to attend a meeting with the TDP party cadre around 2.30 pm before concluding his two-day visit and returning to his residence in Undavalli, Guntur district.
