Superintendent of Police (City), Satyanarayan Parajapat, reported that the kanwariyas have been instructed not to operate motorcycles lacking silencers. A local shopkeeper named Honey has been arrested for supplying modified silencers. In addition, the police have confiscated 12 of these silencers from his possession.
