A labourer from Bihar was killed and two others injured in a grenade attack by militants in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday, police said.

The grenade attack came on the eve of completion of 3 years since the Centre scrapped the former state's autonomy and bifurcated it into 2 union territories.

Militants had stepped up attacks on non-locals earlier this year but there was a halt in such targeted killings for the past nearly two months.
