Indian Air Force pilot dead after MiG-21 crashes in Jaisalmer

An Indian Air Force pilot died after a MiG-21 fighter plane crashed during a training sortie in Rajasthan's Jaisalmer. An inquiry has been ordered into the incident. 

The Indian Air Force tweeted that Wing Commander Harshit Sinha died in the crash that happened around 8.30 pm on Friday evening. 

The force said it stands by firmly with the family of the braveheart.
