Several people were feared dead after a car collided with a state government bus in Tamil Nadu late on October 23.
According to police, the incident occurred at Sangam-Krishnagiri Highways in the Tiruvannamalai district.
A video of the accident site surfaced on social media which showed policemen and locals engaged in rescue work.
Based on images, it appeared that it was a head-on collision. A bulldozer was brought in to clear the road.
