Manoj Tiwari to Undertake 100 km Kanwar Yatra from Sultanganj to Deogarh

New Delhi, July 31 (PTI) – BJP leader and Member of Parliament from North East Delhi, Manoj Tiwari, is set to embark on a kanwar yatra exceeding 100 kilometers this Thursday. The pilgrimage will stretch from Sultanganj in Bihar to the revered Baba Baidyanath temple located in Deogarh, Jharkhand.

Tiwari, who is also a well-known Bhojpuri singer and actor, plans to complete this spiritual journey on foot by August 3, as stated in a brief announcement by the MP.

"After 30 years, I will once again undertake the kanwar yatra to Babadham," said the three-term Lok Sabha MP. He further expressed his intent to pray to Lord Shiva for blessings upon everyone, including the people of Delhi and Bihar.

The former Delhi BJP president, Manoj Tiwari, is a significant Purvanchali representative of the party in the national capital.
