Bagar Sai sacrificed the goat at a local temple on July 2 and after all the rituals were over the villagers cooked the meat.
As they sat down to eat, Bagar decided to go for the eye of the goat but it stuck in his throat, choking him.
He was rushed to the hospital as he struggled to breathe but he died.
