The RISE 2025 Conclave, set to take place on June 27 in Ratlam under the leadership of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, is expected to mark a significant turning point in the development of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in the state.
The conclave will see the Chief Minister performing the bhoomi pujan and inaugurating more than 35 industrial infrastructure projects, clusters, and departmental buildings, cumulatively worth over ₹350 crore.
Additionally, foundation stones will be laid for 50 new industrial units with proposed investments exceeding ₹1,500 crore. The state government sees the event as a major initiative to generate employment and boost entrepreneurship.
The Chief Minister will also distribute letters of intent and land allotment to 500 entrepreneurs, and hand over employment offer letters to 500 youths. As part of the Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Training Programme, grants will be awarded to over 100 beneficiaries.
Key agreements are set to be signed with major national and international entities including the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and Walmart. These partnerships aim to boost MSME opportunities in areas such as exports, digital payments, and market accessibility.
As part of a major infrastructure push, bhoomi pujan will be conducted for eight industrial projects to be developed at a cost of ₹89.91 crore across 596 plots spanning 97.73 hectares. Eight industrial areas developed on 795 plots over 231.534 hectares at a cost of ₹152.21 crore will also be inaugurated.
Additionally, 15 industrial clusters being developed on private and departmental land, with a combined development cost of approximately ₹105 crore, will see bhoomi pujan.
A total of 32 medium-scale industrial units will be dedicated, with a capital investment of ₹858.74 crore, expected to create employment for over 2,000 individuals.
Further, new District Trade and Industry Centre buildings in Niwari, Agar Malwa, and Raisen, built at a cost of ₹4.22 crore, will be inaugurated during the event.
The conclave will also host an exhibition showcasing the products and innovations of over 100 MSME units, start-ups, and self-help groups from across the state. The exhibition is expected to serve as a vibrant platform to display Madhya Pradesh’s industrial diversity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Under the leadership of Dr. Mohan Yadav, the state government aims to provide renewed energy and identity to the industrial growth trajectory of not only Ratlam but the entire Madhya Pradesh.
