Amid the crackdown on Amritpal Singh in Punjab, alleged pro-Khalistan protestors pulled down the Indian flag at the Indian High Commission in London, UK.

The incident took place on 19 March 2023, with videos going viral on social media.

Indian diplomats said that the "attempted but failed" attack had been foiled, and the tricolour was now flying "grander". One person was arrested, and windows were broken at the High Commission building, as per reports.
