A video of a man urinating on a tribal labourer in Madhya Pradesh has sparked outrage, leading to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan ordering strict action.
Chauhan wrote on Twitter that he has asked officials to arrest to man and charge him under National Security Act.
The incident reportedly happened in Madhya Pradesh's Sidhi district.
