Amid skyrocketing prices of tomato in many parts of the country, people in Tamil Nadu experienced some relief.
The state government has started selling tomatoes at ₹60 per kilogram at ration shops, as per news agency ANI.
Price of the kitchen staple has been around ₹100 per kilogram in the open market for many days now.
