The Tamil Nadu Police have warned of legal action against a Bihar man after flagging a video about alleged attacks on migrant workers posted by him as fake.

The video was tweeted by Manish Kasyap, who identifies himself as a "journalist", and shows some men with Band-Aid on their faces talking about how they came back to Bihar after being attacked.

Calling the video scripted, the Tamil Nadu Police tweeted that the incident did not happen in their state.

'You can’t cheat everyone, every time. Please see this video. This incident, not happened in Tamil Nadu. It is purely a scripted one. Please verify the fact and tweet. Stern legal action follows,' the police wrote.
