Kedarnath Shukla, BJP MLA from Madhya Pradesh's Sidhi has raised questions on the demolition of the house of the man who urinated on a tribal man.

The MLA has asked as to why accused Parvesh Shukla's house was razed as his family is suffering due to the action, reported Indian Express.

Meanwhile, the Congress is alleging that Shukla was a representative of Sidhi MLA.

However, the MLA dismissing the allegations told the Indian Express that it was Shukla's ancestral home. Razing it has also made his family suffer.

Notably, after the urination video sparked outrage, the state govt flung into action and did all possible damage control.

CM Shivraj Singh too, met the tribal man and washed his feet.

Further, the MLA also pointed out that his views are not different from the party’s.
