In a shocking case, a transgender person, Imran was arrested for allegedly killing a minor and dumping his body in a drain in Hyderabad's Sanath Nagar area.
As per the NDTV, the cops suspect that the 8-year-old was abducted and strangled to death by the accused. A video showing the accused carrying a sack, apparently with the boy's body has also surfaced.
However, locals allege that Imran was involved in occult practices and the boy might have been a human sacrifice. Police on the other hand believe the boy's father has a financial dispute that may have led to the murder.
A probe into- the case has been initiated.
