Hunt for Amritpal: mobile internet, SMS curbs eased in most parts of Punjab

On Day 4 of the hunt for pro-Khalistan preacher Amritpal Singh, the Punjab government decided to lift restrictions on mobile internet and SMS services in many parts of the state.

The curbs were ordered to be lifted at noon on 21 March 2023.

However, curbs will continue to remain in place in Tarn Taran, Ferozepur, Moga, Sangrur and Amritsar's Ajnala sub-division and a few areas in Mohali in till noon on 23 March.
