Gurudwara reopened near LoC after 75 years: Sikh devotees offer prayers in Teetwal, J&K

After a gap of 75 years, a gurudwara near the Line of Control with Pakistan was opened on May 1, 2023.

The Sikh temple, dedicated to Guru Teg Bahadur, was reconstructed by a committee which had rebuilt the Sharda Yatra temple in the area, as per reports.

A Sikh religious procession was carried out in Teetwal, Kupwara on May 1. Police were seen accompanying the devotees.
