Asad Ahmed, the son of alleged gangster Atiq Ahmed, was buried in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, two days after being killed in a police encounter.
The burial took place on 15 April 2023 at the Kasari Masari graveyard, where other members of the Ahmed family are buried.
There was heavy police deployment to prevent untoward incidents. Atiq Ahmed failed to attend the last rites, as per reports.
