In a horrifying incident in Delhi, a man's head was cut off after a truck allegedly hit him.
24-year-old Kapil Kumar was decapitated while he was working at a flyover construction site in Vivek Vihar on May 24, 2023.
He got caught in iron angles when a truck allegedly hit him, and his head was cut off. He hailed from Shamli district in Uttar Pradesh.
The truck driver was caught by the locals and handed over to the police. He was identified as 30-year-old Sakir from Rajasthan's Alwar.
A case has been registered in the matter.
