Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar has been detained in the US, according to a NDTV report. Brar, a member of Lawrence Bishnoi Gang, is one of the main conspirators of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s murder.
According to the report, Brar moved to the US from Canada, where he was based since 2017.
Quoting sources, the report said Brar was detained in California around November 20. However, the Indian government is yet to receive any official statement from California regarding the development.

Brar, who took responsibility for Moose Wala's murder, was reportedly living in California's Fresno city and reportedly made cities like Sacramento, Frizow and Salt Lake as his safe house.
A day before the latest development, the late singer’s father demanded that the Union government declare a reward of ₹ 2 crore for any information on Goldy Brar.
Notably, famous singer Mossewala was shot dead in broad daylight in Punjab's Mansa district on May 29, for which Gangster Goldy Brar took responsibility.
