Bengaluru: 6 students of Jain University suspended following 'offensive skit' on Ambedkar

6 students of a university were suspended after a video of their skit went viral on social media.

The students of Bengaluru's Jain University performed a skit which was found to be derogatory towards BR Ambedkar and Dalits, as per a report by The Indian Express.

The students were performing as part of a youth festival organised by the college.

Meanwhile, the university authorities said that an unconditional apology had been given to the public and the matter is under probe.
