With the search for Amritpal Singh continuing, Punjab Police on 22 March 2023 said that they had found the motorcycle used by the pro-Khalistan preacher to flee from cops.
The Bajaj Platina bike was found abandoned near a canal in the Darapur area of Jalandhar, as per reports. Singh had allegedly ridden a pillion on the bike on 18 March as cops tried to arrest him.
He had first used a Mercedes as a getaway vehicle, then switched to a Maruti Suzuki Brezza, and then the bike, as per reports.
