Papalpreet Singh, an alleged associate of pro-Khalistan preacher Amritpal Singh, was brought to the Amritsar airport by police after his arrest.
Cops announced on 10 April 2023 that Papalpreet had been arrested from Amritsar under the National Security Act.
He had allegedly escaped from police along with Amritpal Singh when the crackdown on Waris Punjab De began on 18 March.
