Kolkata, June 2 (PTI) Three individuals have tragically lost their lives, and six security personnel remain missing following a landslide at a military camp in Chhaten, Sikkim, a defense official reported on Monday. The landslide struck at 7 PM on Sunday, triggered by heavy rainfall in the region, the official added. So far, three bodies have been retrieved, while four individuals have been rescued with minor injuries, according to the official statement. "Rescue teams are tirelessly working under tough conditions to locate the six missing personnel," the official stated. Sikkim has been facing intense rainfall over the past few days.
