Agartala, June 3 (PTI) BJP MLA Kishor Barman was sworn in as a cabinet minister in Tripura on Thursday. The 44-year-old legislator from the Nalchar constituency in Sepahijala district took the oath of office, administered by Governor N Indrasena Reddy at Raj Bhavan. This induction increases the strength of Chief Minister Manik Saha's cabinet to 12 members. In this 12-member cabinet, the BJP now holds nine positions, including the chief ministerial post. The Tipra Motha Party (TMP) is represented by two ministers, while the Indigenous People's Front of Tripura (IPFT) holds one position.
